CALL FOR NOMINATIONS FOR THE FELA LITERACY AWARD
The search for the recipient of the 13th FELA Award for Innovative Literacy Promotion in Europe is open. Nominations shall be submitted to the Chairperson of FELA by 1 September 2025. Please see the Guidelines and below for details.
FEDERATION OF EUROPEAN LITERACY ASSOCIATIONS
AWARD FOR INNOVATIVE LITERACY PROMOTION IN EUROPE
To recognise, celebrate and reward innovative work for literacy promotion in Europe nominated by one or more member associations of the Federation of European Literacy Associations.
The work for which the Award is sought shall have been completed during the two years ending one year before the Conference at which the Award is to be presented. On-going work may be considered eligible provided that significant outcomes have been achieved by the date of nomination.
Note: The 2024 Award was presented at the 23rd European Conference on Literacy in Crete, Greece. The 2026 Award will be presented at the 24th European Conference on Literacy in Ljubljana, Slovenia, July 6-8, 2026
