Organisers:  International Reading Association International Development in Europe Committee (IDEC) in cooperation with International Reading Association (IRA) and Federation of European Literacy Associations (FELA)
Purpose:To support established and emerging National Affiliates of the International Reading Association in their endeavours to develop in their officers the knowledge and ability needed to run a voluntary, professional organisation.
