| Early Bird fee | 190 € | Registration before 20 March 2026 for presenters and 30 April 2026 for all. |
| Accompanying person | 75 € | Access to the opening reception, conference materials, coffee breaks, but not to the conference sessions. |
| The Conference Dinner | 35 € | Includes food, drinks and the programme. |
| Daily lunch | 12 € | Lunch will be served in the canteen on the premises. |
* The daily lunch, conference dinner and the post-conference events are to be paid separately.
REGISTRATION
How to Register
The registration process takes place via our online conference system (ConfTool). Please follow the instructions below based on your status.
Authors and Presenters (Existing Users): If you have submitted an abstract or paper, you already have a user account. Please do not create a new account. Instead, log in here with your existing username and password. Once logged in, select “Register as Participant” from the main menu to complete your registration and payment.
New Participants, Attendees and Accompanying persons: If you have not submitted a contribution and do not have an account yet, please go to the Registration System and select the option to create a new account. After creating your account, log in and click on “Register as Participant” to book your attendance and optional events.
The registration of participation is binding.
A 50% refund (less processing fee) can be requested up to June 26th.
Unfortunately, we will be unable to make refunds from June 27th.
Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
